We greatly enjoyed absolutely fantastic rooms and amazing food.

Hotel was clean and stylish with amazingly nice staff and incredible location very close to the tube stations also.

I found everything fabulous, recommend it to all. Fairly clean and stylish hotel with excellant location very close to the tube stations also which is great, just what I needed. The personnel was extremely helpful and caring. I liked their early check in and the service was exceptional. The property offered a bar in the lobby.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were busy.

I have stayed here before and will be back. Appreciated this hip new hotel: delightful food and superfriendly staff. Stayed in a double room with a king bed which was perfect for me. In general, the service was excellent. I previously stayed at the Bankside Hotel and plan to return. I enjoyed the trendy atmosphere of the hotel, the delicious food, and the very friendly and approachable staff. the service provided was top-notch.

No complains at all, a fantastic experience, would have stayed for longer. The staff are accommodating and the room was absolutely fantastic with a king bed. Excellent service and the food is delightful. Besides, you can park your car nearby.

My must haves' are a modern, modest room with good toiletries, a King bed, as for instance. Coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges are a nice touch.

The rooms are very spacious and beautiful, with a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron, making it a comfortable stay.

The location seemed good so close to the Thames pathway. The provided service was excellent. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in London.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to several tube stations. It is very close to Millennium Bridge, St Paul's Cathedral, and even Borough Market. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff is extremely friendly and provides excellent service. the hotel offers great facilities, such as a cozy modern design throughout and an outdoor terrace on the first floor where you can enjoy complimentary drinks.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the breakfast service, including being charged extra for breakfast and receiving a breakfast menu outside of what they had already paid for.

The hotel was clean with a marvelous location next to Blackfriars station and many attractions and theaters in central London. the staff were superbly friendly and provided excellent service.

Great way to end our new year. Stylish and absolutely gorgeous hotel, comfortable base for 1 night in London. The location right in the heart of the city. For tea or coffee visit Frank's Cafe nearby. Wide varieties of amazing food at breakfast.
